Sometimes we can’t fall asleep even if we are so much tried. This is because of the stress and anxiety. This thing mostly happen when we have an important event to join or have exam or even meeting.
But the problem is, if we can’t sleep properly, we don’t perform our best. This is why i like to share two sleeping tricks with you that i tried every time whenever i have some issue with sleeping.
The very first trick is – ’4-7-8′ method
For doing this, go to bed and take your pillow and make yourself prepared for sleeping. Than this is what you need to do:
- Breathe very gently through your nose for 4 seconds.
- Hold your breath for 7 seconds not more than that.
- Breathe it out slowly through your mouth for 8 seconds.
- That’s it simple and easy. Try it for 10 times and see the magic.
It might sound crazy but this trick really works like magic. When you can’ fall asleep, the amount of adrenaline in your blood increases and this make your breathing more faster and lighter. And that’s why when you try this its just work against of this condition and you fall asleep.
Than comes “sleeping potion”
For getting more better result you can try this with that first trick. Its very simple and you can make your own sleeping potion. For making this potion you need honey, sea salt and coconut oil.
- 1/4 tablespoon of honey
- 1/6 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Mix this three ingredients at this quantity and have it and then go to bed. You can also have it with luke warm water, its also work great. This potion might don’t have a lot of good effect on your health but increase your ability of sleeping.
