This recipe can help you to lose at last 5 kg in a week. Its a very simple recipe that you can made as a drink or even as a pudding. Its completely up to you. You can make it at night so that the seeds get softer properly or you can make it anytime and store it on refrigerator. You have to eat this on on empty stomach in the morning as breakfast.

For making this you need –

Milk: 250 ml
Chia seeds: 4 tbsp
turmeric powder: 2 tsp
Dry ginger powder: 1/3 tsp
Cinnamon powder: 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
Chia seeds: 4 tbsp
Crushed cardamom seeds: 1/4 tsp

Take a bowl or smoothie jar and take all the ingredients. Then mix them properly and leave it for at last 5 hours. After 5 hours its completely ready to eat.
